Great single serve coffee maker....makes great coffee..better than the Keurig single serve coffee makers as I own both brands..this is by far much better.
I received my Creativa for Valentine's Day and only made about 10 cups of coffee before the hot/cold sensor stopped working. I had to contact customer service and now I'm returning for repairs. Very, Very disappointed that a machine as costly as Creativa only worked for 10 cups! The online trouble shooting is also a joke-the error I received is listed in the owner's manual so obviously they know its an issue and the website does not address. Sad to say, I loved the machine and looked forward to my weekend extravagant coffee's but do not like the durability since I'm already returning for repair.
