This descaler is a must have for your home espresso machine. Makes a HUGE difference in the performance. I use well water and it is not considered hard, but has just enough minerals to slow the pump down. Night and day difference after cleaning the machine. Highly recommend.
This product works just like it says. I keep it on hand and only have to use it about every 6 months.
